Basically all our jewelries gets dispatch after 2-3 days but into customization it may take time around 4-5 days. After dispatch your shipment takes place. and Delivery time period is 6-7 days.

No. Not all. Only fabric jewelries are customizable depends upon availability of fabric.

Basically we don’t charge extra for colour customization and small changes but in some cases such as extra material & work beyond the limit is applicable for extra charge ₹ 50. No

We pack your order into zip lock pouch, wrapped by bubble wrap paper, putting into box with pretty thank you note. Bubble wrap saves our product and you’ll get it without damage.
